About
Dr. Cicero is a board certified forefoot and rearfoot /ankle podiatric surgeon and a native of Schuylkill County, PA where he graduated from Pottsville Area High School in 2008. He was a dual sport athlete at Lebanon Valley College where he played football and golf. He completed his podiatric medical school at Temple University in Philadelphia in 2017 and was inducted into the Pi Delta National Honor Society. From 2017-2020 he completed his podiatric medical and surgical / reconstructive rear-foot and ankle residency at Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. His training was focused on surgical and conservative treatment of foot and ankle pathology. A special emphasis on He is well trained in foot and ankle reconstructive surgery, ankle arthroscopy, lower extremity trauma management, diabetic limb salvage and foot care, and sports medicine.
